Information from the UCS School Board

The Underhill Central School board would like to invite you to a special open meeting being held January 14th at Underhill Central School at 6:30 pm. During this meeting we invite you to come and discuss two important topics:

First, over many months the school board has worked to review, evaluate and restructure our vision for the work that we do serving the Underhill Central School community. We invite you as the broader community to comment on the result of that work and invite input and discussion regarding how the vision of the board and its work plan align with the culture and community values of Underhill and all of its citizens.

Second, we would like to discuss the bond proposal that will be included on the town meeting ballot concerning increased building safety for the children, staff and faculty at UCS. The unfortunate acts of violence that our nation has experienced over the last 2 years has directed our attention to conscientious changes that might help protect our school community.

Please come to this open meeting. We are interested in your opinions and ideas

Sincerely,

UCS School Board
